Hinglish meeting transcription

Hinglish meetings, transcribed into English notes.

Most transcription tools make you pick one language per meeting. Indian meetings don't work that way: people switch between Hindi and English in the same sentence. EchoBrief joins the call, follows the switches, and gives you English notes with the quote and timestamp behind every point.

What it looks like

What the customer said · 08:41

Budget इस quarter में around 4 lakh है, but final call Meera लेंगी. उनको demo दिखाना पड़ेगा.

What lands in the notes

  • Budget: around ₹4 lakh this quarter · 08:41
  • Decision maker: Meera, who needs to see a demo · 08:41
  • Next step: demo for Meera, Thursday 4 pm · 09:02

Click any timestamp in EchoBrief and it plays that moment of the recording, so you can check the note against what was said.

How it works

  1. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, or paste a meeting link. You can also upload a recording of a phone call.
  2. The notetaker joins Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams and records the call.
  3. The audio is transcribed by Sarvam AI, built for Indian languages, and translated into English, with speakers named from the meeting itself.
  4. Minutes after the call: a summary, action items, decisions and, on sales calls, a deal card, by email and in your dashboard.

Languages

Hindi, English, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu, Kannada, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi, Assamese, Maithili, Sanskrit, Konkani, Dogri, Sindhi, Manipuri, Bodo, Santali and Kashmiri, plus Indian English. Meetings that mix them (Hinglish, Tanglish and others) are the case it's built for. Notes are written in English, or in Hindi if you choose.
