No. EchoBrief uses a cloud bot that joins from your calendar or from a meeting link you paste. Nothing to install for you or your attendees.
22 Indian languages plus Indian English, including meetings that switch between them (Hinglish, Tanglish, and more). Whatever is spoken, the transcript comes back in English. Summaries are written in English or Hindi, whichever you choose in Settings.
Email, plus your dashboard. Follow-up events go to Google Calendar, a signed webhook can push every meeting into your own tools, and an MCP endpoint lets Claude, Claude Code and Cursor read your meetings directly.
Audio is transcribed, used to generate your insights, and kept for playback for up to your plan’s retention window (30 days on Starter, 90 on Pro, 365 on Sales Team), then deleted. Transcription runs on Sarvam AI in India; recording, insight generation, audio storage and email delivery use Recall.ai, Anthropic and OpenAI, Cloudflare and Resend. Talk before your guest joins and after they leave is kept out of your notes, emails and share links. Every one of them is named in our sub-processor list, and row-level security isolates your data throughout.
